MediaRack email settings

Use the following settings to configure a MediaRack-hosted email account. Your username is your complete email address.

Account type IMAP
Username Your complete email address
Password Your email account password
Incoming server srv1.mediarack.com.au
Incoming port 993
Incoming encryption SSL/TLS
Outgoing server srv1.mediarack.com.au
Outgoing port 465
Outgoing encryption SSL/TLS
SMTP authentication Required; use the same email address and password

IMAP is recommended because it keeps messages and folders synchronised between the server and your devices.

Do not enable Secure Password Authentication (SPA) unless MediaRack support has specifically instructed you to do so. If your device shows a certificate warning, stop and verify the server name rather than accepting an unexpected certificate.
