- Open Settings.
- Open Apps, select Mail, then open Mail Accounts. On older versions of iOS, open Mail and then Accounts.
- Select Add Account, then Other.
- Select Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, complete email address, email password and an account description.
- Select IMAP.
- For the incoming server, enter srv1.mediarack.com.au.
- For the outgoing server, enter srv1.mediarack.com.au.
- Use your complete email address and email password for both servers.
- Save the account and allow the device to verify the settings.
The secure incoming port is 993 and the secure outgoing port is 465. SMTP authentication must be enabled.
