The MediaRack Client Area is where you can manage your hosting services, domains, invoices, account details and support requests.
Log in to your account
- Visit the MediaRack Client Area.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Enter your password and select Login.
If you have forgotten your password
- Open the Client Area login page.
- Select Forgot Password?
- Enter your account email address.
- Follow the instructions in the password-reset email.
For security, never send your password by email or include it in a support ticket.
