Set up MediaRack email on an iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Apps, select Mail, then open Mail Accounts. On older versions of iOS, open Mail and then Accounts.
  3. Select Add Account, then Other.
  4. Select Add Mail Account.
  5. Enter your name, complete email address, email password and an account description.
  6. Select IMAP.
  7. For the incoming server, enter srv1.mediarack.com.au.
  8. For the outgoing server, enter srv1.mediarack.com.au.
  9. Use your complete email address and email password for both servers.
  10. Save the account and allow the device to verify the settings.

The secure incoming port is 993 and the secure outgoing port is 465. SMTP authentication must be enabled.
